If you use the Memos or Memo Pad application on your Palm on a regular basis then you'll probably have noticed that, somewhat annoyingly, it doesn't give you the option to save and load your text files from a memory card.
Don't panic though, because there is a solution to this common problem, and it goes by the name of Memo2Card, which says it all really. The program is a simple utility that lets you store notes directly on the memory card installed in your device.
Using the software is a breeze and could be operated by a small child it's so easy. It adds an Import Memo function to the Memo options, giving you the ability to select a text file stored on your memory card and open it up for editing.
Likewise, the Export mode is furnished with a new option for storing the file onto your memory card, supporting SD and MS cards. It's a very basic program and these are basically the only two bits of functionality you'll get.
It would be nice to see developers of this kind of software really push the boat out and try to offer some other enhancements to Memo along with these options, but I guess you can't have everything.
